In the team of six, we pitched, designed and managed a digital productivity tool - FLOW, over its life cycle. We discovered customer needs, defined product requirements, orchestrated the development of the product and solutions to address these needs, took FLOW to market and managed it over its life cycle. We built a product portfolio to balance risk and return and managed product lines to optimize revenues and profits. As designers of a venture product, we managed the growth and evolution of the product and product management from the seed stage to the exit stage in our startup environment.
Our final deliverables including a Market Requirements Document, a Product Requirement Document, a high-fi Figma Prototype, and a Final Vision Presentation.

RESEARCH
We conducted one round of ethnographic research by interviewing 8 different people with with a wide range of age, occupation, geo-location and race. Adding on secondary research, we summarized 1 major persona with his unmet needs and requirements to better ideate our product differentiations.
